Installs faulty goods and refuse to exchange it

In decemeber 2013 we approached A24/7 Plumbing and electrical for the installation of Floodlights. We were quoted close to R7000 for the installation of only 5 lights. After 2-3days we made contact with Dawie to advise him that one of the globes were blown after only 2-3 days. He then advised that he would make contact with us in the new year as his company already closed for the year. In the new year subsequently 3 other light fittings globes blew. We tried to exchange the globes with the ones spare he supplied but nothing was working, we even tried one of the globes that was still working and still no luck. During the year of 2014 i attempted numerous times to get the matter fixed and the only response from Dawie was that he would send someone to look at it. Saturday the 1st February he send someone who advised that it was the globes that blew but would confirm with Dawie for repair. Today again i contacted Dawie and once I started complaining and advising i would be logging a complaint he hung up the phone and even refused to do anything in the future to resolve matter. This company should be avoided at all cost as they are completely unreliable. I just was the lights working!!?
