This is an email I sent to Alberton Record today 2013-01-15

Hi Zelda

I had my tv set repaired by Easy Link Technology cc on the 5th September 2012. The tv picture was jumping and I was told that it would cost R400-00 to repair. I said that was fine and that they should go ahead and repair the tv. I poped in from time to time to see if they had repaired it but was told that they are waiting for the spares. They also told me that they would call me. After a month or so I poped in again and was told that they had lost my number and that the tv was repaired. I pluged it in at home to see that it had the exact same fault. I returned the tv to them and did so FOUR more times, each time with the same problem. On the last occation just before Chrismas I was told that they will deliver the tv to my home and test the it to see why it was jumping. They called me to say that they are coming that evening but never arrived. I called them the next day to ask why and they had no excuse. They promised to see me the next day but I haven;t heard from them since. I have been dealing with the owner on all occations. The job card says his name is Moia.
