Never before have I experienced such incompetence

I bought a Samsung 660l Door Fridge/Freezer with water/ice dispenser. BIG MISTAKE!
In 3 years, it broke 6 times! Twice in guarantee period. Both fridge and freezer compartments have packed up at some stage, recently as frequently as every 2 months! Faults: Sensor, Element, Thermostat, name it... it breaks! Needless to say, I have thrown out hundreds of rands worth of food stuff over the 3 years.
Samsung admitted the unit was a factory fault and offered to replace it but only after I paid a 'depreciation fee'. We started off at R7000 and after I had told them what I thought of the offer, it was dropped to R4020! I was told that delivery would take 10 days. It is now 6 weeks and still no replacement.
Call after call I get promised somebody would call back... not even the Head Office person in charge of replacements (Naeem) or the Good Return Department Supervisor bother to return calls.
So, bottom line, Samsung... you have a SHOCKINGLY bad product range, SHOCKING after sales service and the worst of all, when you manage to get your useless systems and procedures in place, I will get YET ANOTHER ONE of your useless products! What a bummer that I am stuck with your brand, again!
