Samsung needs to improve its Call centre

I needed to phone Samsung to activate my Gift card i received from them, just to discover their call centre is pathetic!!! How are you to call yourself a rising company yet you cannot even answer your phones to people that need help! i phoned the customer call centre yesterday and again today, i have been waiting in total 2 hours and still no one has answered, why must i wait this long??? whose going to pay my telephone bill
They are unprofessional!!!
