Well I planned a surprise sound upgrade for my wife's car the idea was take the car to work and when I go home everything will be done. Anyway we had a small issue and I ended up driving home with no radio and a huge hole in her dash where the radio is supposed to be. Thinking how I will explain what happened. Firstly Husain phoned to make sure I got home fine and then the whole team and Claude at Planet Electronics really went the extra mile and phoned me the first thing the next morning to tell me the problem was resolved and by 11am my wife's car was all sorted. In this day and age great service is rare so thank you for showing that companies with great service still exist.
