Electro Service do not do oven/appliance repairs themselves. They push each job out to contractors and then refuse to take responsibility if the contractors your deposit and run away with your oven door (which happened in my case). This is unacceptable. If they have not sorted this out by 22/2/2013 I will be laying criminal charges.
