Blacklisted phone and invoice

In October 2012 I purchased an Iphone 4S from Concept Cellular via Bid or Buy. In April 2013 I received the bad news from Vodacom that the phone was blacklisted. To resolve the issue all I needed was an invoice from Concept Cellular with the serial number of the phone and my details to proof that I legally purchased the phone. Concept Cellular preferred to rather replace the handset than to send a copy of the invoice. I received the replacement handset, but I did not receive an invoice with the replaced handset. I now need an invoice from them to ensure that this does not happen again, but they are refusing to send it. The people I dealt with also refused to give their names, etc.
