WHERE IS MY REFUND

In the beginning of December I received an email from De-Ultimate Stores advertising Ipad Mini for R 3200-00. I received an invoice on the 12th December and paid over an amount of R 3356-00 to include transport to Durban. the next day I received a tracking number from Dynamic Luggage. All good so far. On 16th December I got an email from Dynamic Luggage to say that my delivery had been suspended. when I contacted De-Ultimate stores they said that my order had been miss packed with a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I must pay an additional amount of R 2500-00 deposit which would be refunded if I handed the Samsung back to the courier company. I smelt a rat and asked for my money back. They said they would keep 21% for packing and labelling, which I moaned about but told them to proceed with my refund. To date after many many emails and 2 phone calls and I still I haven't had a refund. please warn other consumers.
