I've bought an DSTV Explora at Makro Centurion on/about Thursday 2 January 2014. When buying an installation voucher, the sale consultant for Blingstallations told me that someone will contact me within the next 5 - 7 working days. When I called their offices today to follow up when they will be coming, the operator told me that I had to call in first for a booking, as they will only be able to come now within the next 5 - 7 working days. I told him it is unacceptable and that I want my money back. He said that it will not be possible. I asked to speak to the manager, but he/she was not available. When I asked that the Manager must please call me back, he took my details as if it is a new booking and merely said that he will contact me when there is a cancellation.
