Incompetent and uncommitted staff

I ordered and paid for a Tumble dryer on 08/12/13 since then I have been chasing this order making numerous phone calls to the consultants but i cannot get any commitment on delivery
I am now at the stage where I feel that delivery will not be forthcoming and I will have to try and get my payment reimbursed
I have learned the hard way and therefor would advise all potential victims to stay clear of this company and place your order with a company with sound and proven values
