I have been using the Samsung galaxy range and been recommending it to all my clients since the start of the smart phone area. I do surveys in Africa and recently bought 100 7 inch tablets. I got some complaint from the people saying the sim cards don't work... Took it in and turns out that the sim slot reader was damaged. I asked how it was possible and they said that the sim was inserted the wrong way... I struggle to accept that it is the case. How could this be possible... Please get back to me asap. Would hate to take my business elsewhere. Kind regards
