BEING CHARGED FOR TECH SUPPORT

Bought a R15000 MacBook Pro from the iStore in Canal Walk about a week ago and I activated a feature built into the device to encrypt my hard drive as to protect my personal data but the feature ended up corrupting my hard drive and deleting all my files!

I walk into iStore Canal Walk and ask for assistance with repairing the software issue and am told that I have to pay an additional R200 just to have the operating system reinstalled which is ridiculous considering I already just paid a week ago for the laptop.
