3 ISSUES IN ONE YEAR, STILL WAITING FOR PRODUCT

August 2012 bought a Smart TV and TV Licence R16250. (first time TV owner) at the Glen Mall, Month later i went back to the Glen to get the Samsung Bluetooth keyboard for my TV R800, they didnt have but East Gate branch had one. Sales guy asked the person over the phone is it a sealed unit, he confirmed everything and i raced over as it was closing time and I didnt want to drive back again from Sasolburg the next day. Jonathan Mkwebane (name on the till slip) fetched it. I examined the box, it looked sealed, i had him open it to look inside and it looked fine. Got home and wanted to remove the plastic wrap, found it had already been opened at the back and warranty card was missing. 1. USED. I took a chance and forgot about it.
Went to renew my TV Licence, teller asked for my Acc no, i didnt have one, just the slip as proof of paying. According to the SABC i never had a licence (2. PAID FOR UNREGISTERED/FAKE LICENCE). 11 months in and keyboard packed up, Woodmead was closest branch then. gave in the keyboard. 2 months later i had to call to find out what was wrong, after visiting and fighting, they said they will deliver it that Monday, 3 weeks later still nothing 3. Poor service
