On Saturday 30 November my husband and I took both our S4's into the care centre. Mine with a cracked screen and poor battery life and my husband with a battery issue. Both our batteries were swopped out with no hassles and my screen was repaired within the promised 2 hours. Keep up the good work guys! If your service levels stay this high, you have two customers for life.
