Greig was able to asnwer my questions about the laptop I wanted to buy, and also managed to source BOTH of my choices, despite the supporting distributor being out of stock (a story I had also heard from 3 of their rival retailers).
Also managed to get the machine to me within a day or two, which really helped with the tight time frame (going on a trip overseas and needed to set it up).
