I recently submitted an order for an in-vehicle Satellite Navigation system through their online ordering system. Admittedly I held my breath at first, because I feared my money disappearing into an internet void. But, thanks to their regular status updates, I was able to track my order throughout the process. Having placed my order one Saturday evening I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to have it delivered to my doorstep by Wednesday, only 11 days later!
They explained the process for Customs clearance step-by-step, all I had to do was print out the email and wait for Customs' phone call. Thanks to them sending me all the necessary information up front, the clearance validation process was quick and painless.
