What a bunch of croc. I called ADT in because my alarm stopped setting. While logging the call I asked for some wires to be replaced as well as some damaged wires to be fixed. They came badly fixed the damaged wires and put back the old wires i wanted to be replaced. Over all a bad job was done. Then I was called later and told i must book again for the jobs to be done properly and further more I must pay another call out fee of R300 plus about another R1500 to put approx. 10 meters of wire.
I refused now they have informed me via sms they are going to take the outstanding technical amount via debit order.
I am totally unimpressed
