I Bought the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 on 26 June 2013 through FNB form Digital Planet.
This phone has been giving me incredible problems since day one!
I have a list as long as my arm which I have complained about continuously without any clear attempt to have it replaced or repaired.
I am extremely unhappy with this phone. It is costing me a lot of money for a product that I cannot use.
I have phoned FNB - they referred me to Digital Planet. Phoned Digital Planet - they referred me to Samsung.
I had to send the handset more than 400km to their offices in Jhb at my own expense. I got it back on 12 Nov and it is STILL BROKEN!!
Now, their story is that they will replace this handset in 5 weeks from now, but with all the public holidays it may take longer. I am running a business. I did not buy the phone for fun. I bought it because I need a reliable phone that I can use for business communication. Now I just have another headache with a useless product that I am paying for!
Customer service is an absolute joke and the product - Samsung Galxy S4 - is a dud!
