I ordered a Casio watch on the 15th October 2013 from these. Today, the 13th November 2013, I have still not received it.
I was told it would be delivered last Tuesday and then this Monday, however they cant provide me with details of the courier or a tracking number.
Among the excuses I received were:
- Casio delivered 150 watches without labelling them, so I (the owner) have to sort them out, label them, barcode them and receive them into stock before I can do anything. This was the excuse for the first two weeks.
- Our system is down. The reboot takes will only finish tomorrow morning, then I will be able to find out details about your order. This is when you call them at 13:00.
- The Casio rep just came in today and we are busy sorting things out.
- I am in a meeting, will call you later.
The never returns calls.
Please do not make the same mistake I did.
