Lost part and need assistance

I have lost a part of my bread machine and contacted Sunbeam. They then asked me for some information which I provided them with on the 16th of October and until today I have not received any feedback or assistance as to where I will be able to purchase the lost part. I need it urgently but they do not have a care in the world.
