We recently purchased a device from Vape Africa via their courier service. The device turned out to be faulty and when we contacted the company we were told to make our own arrangements to bring it back. another colleague of ours assisted us and took it back only to be faced with the most unprofessional, rude owner, Andre. Not only did he practically ignore her while doing his own thing, when he finally assisted her he was so rude and unaccommodating. He took the device and had the nerve to discard all the juice in the "tank" and not replace it. It was not his juice to discard!!! he then said that its not his fault that my colleague bought the wrong devices even though it was bought at his company and given by his staff, Sharne. Bottom line in this matter... THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOWARDS TO PEOPLE THAT KEEP THEIR BUSINESS RUNNING. I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD OF THIS PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
