Long story short, RS had a mistake on their website and advertized a kit of products for cheaper than they should. I bought it and only received half the kit contents.
I inquired about only receiving half the goods. At RS technical I spoke with Afzal, he immediately realized the mistake informed me that the kit actually only contains the products I already received.
Now the important part: NEVER did I have to fight or did he (Afzal) sound unhelpful. RS kept their promise and 3 days later I received the other products in the kit.
