When testing my tracking system on a Saturday i was shocked to discover that no response person called me. I pressed the panic let the tracking unit set off the hooter and still no response. I call Autowatch tracking on the Monday to be told that the agent that my unit was in Service mode and very quickly passe don to the manager who apologises and says he will follow up with Naeem who he said will call me the next morning. Next day, no call. I called the offices on the Thursday again and Naeem was not available and neither was his supervisor. So i send an e-mail to both of them. To date no response from either of them to my email. I eventually get Naeem on the phone who inform me that he will request a cancellation of my contract and reinbursement of my September fees. When Naeem doe snot come back to me I call the CEO and gets to speak to his secretary who apparently forwarded the matter to a Mr. Lawson who called me also to apologies and inform me that the staff member concerned was reprimanded. I made it clear to Naeem and Mr. Lawson that Autowatch has reneged on their contract with me and that i want the unit deinstalled from my car. To date no response and no refund!
