I emailed Nikon, Centurion about a quote for an AF-S Nikkor 70 -200mm f/4G ED VR lens - a lens I need to urgently claim for from my insurance as mine was from me. My email was forwarded to three people, none of which have bothered to assist me. We're on day 3. I am hugely unhappy about their customer service - I expected a lot more from Nikon and I am becoming severely agitated.
