Nikon South Africa is fantastic.

Last week Wednesday I sent a lens in, which was under warranty, for repair. The same day I received a sms confirming receipt with a job and tracking number. 2 days later I received another sms informing me that the parts were available and had been ordered. The next working day another sms was received stating that the work was complete and the lens could be collected. The entire repair process took 4 days.

This is was I call outstanding service. They always keep a person informed on what is happening and they are prompt.

This last experience has highlighted to me why I will now only purchase original Nikon equipment. You get what you pay for and in this case it is outstanding quality and service.
