I ask for a unit with specific functions, they supplied me the Carpa 10. After just a week (now being 6 month ago) I informed them that quality was not good as I could not read a number plate off the footage. Was informed that they will look into it. No soft wear available but they will be going to the supplier to obtain new HD version that will sort out the resolution problem I'm experiencing. Being two months and nothing. They don't answer emails and when they do just promise by another due date, which comes and goes.
