Very unfortunate that the technicians send out seem not to know and understand what they are doing; the guy failed dismally to install a dstv explora claiming that the multiswitch is faulty, only for multichoice to confirm that the multi switch is working perfectly. Very disappointed with the level of incompetency displayed. Shame on blingstallation!
