I had an issue with a fridge and these two ladies turned my issue around in two telephone calls and one email. I am now and will contiue to be a happy user of Bosch products.
I would just like to say that these two ladies are a fine example of how client relations should be handled. Their willingness to go above and beyond is by far the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced.
Their company should be proud of them both and I hope they really appreciate their level of commitment to their business. If I had a position for either of them at my company I would offer it without hesitation.
