Washing machine parts and after sales service

Hi there,
I'd like to buy a new washing machine, preferably NOT LG.
I have a LG smart drive 7kg front loader, and it's just over a year old and the rubber on the door has perished and flooded my kitchen. I called an LG service person who hasnt bothered to return my call/sms. So I tried a supplier this morning at 10am, they are still waiting to hear when and if they will get stock so I thought I'd go it on my own. I called your lovely 08600 support line and asked if i was talking to someone in CPT of JHB. It was JHB, and I was given the number of the LG Lifestyle shop at Canal Walk to call as I could get spares through them. I called the number and when I requested spares I was told they could give me an email address and my query would be attended to. Who gives out an email address when I am wanting SERVICE!
I asked if this was the general attitude of LG SA, and I was told yes going forward this is the way you work as you have NOONE in Cape Town who carries your spares!
I'd like my money back, as it will be quicker for me to go buy a Defy or Bosch that works than have to hunt for a part from LG.
Your customer service is non existant about time you made a customer happy!
