I certainly looked forward to get the 1gb per month free in order for me to download my online Bible Studies, yet that is where it ended unfortunately.
Samsung replied that they cannot verify the serial number or the model number of my laptop purchased in January 2013!
Perhaps this service is only available depending on the product and price of the purchase, and not freely available to a product of lessor value.
I suggest they amend their advertisement then, as this really constitutes false advertising.
