I upgraded my contract on the 1st of June and chose an S4 which is always connected to Wi fi but never connects to Internet. Is this a settings issue, a Samsung issue or what, went to an MTN branch at Capetown airport and the Consultants there were of no help at all actually there ignored my complaint. I called Customer center the lady there told me to follow some steps on my phone Settings>More Networks>Mobile Networks> something like that, which never helped.
Please someone who knows this area should help, asked someone who had the same phone but there can connect to any open wi fi in the Malls etc, or I should have listened to the lady who helped me and took a S3.
