I have had nothing but bad service from TTS port elizabeth (samsung service agent). When you call you get transferred several times. If they give you a timeline for parts to be order or how long the repair will take, its just a lie. Even just to call you back, they never do. It's just unprofessional. Just promises and no action. I booked my washing machine in (job card 7052) to replace the spin motor and was quoted R823, now they broke the clutch and want me to pay for it. They say it would of packed up anyway, like they can see into the future. Its just bad service and false promises. Samsung should really look into who they give their service contracts to, as TTS just give customers a bad experience with samsung products. I will never by a samsung product again based on the after sales service that i am receiving from TTS.
