I am student registered for the Certificates in Purchasing and Supply Management, my problem started when I was told that I did not pay for my studies and they were unable to give me my results, only to find out that I paid they just cancelled my accounts without veryfying with me. I was given my results 2 days before my suplementary of which I spoke to Professor Mfecane who referred my matter to Prof J.A Badenhorst-Wells who instructed Milinda Speelman to register me the next seemester free of charge of which she did. I wrote my PPSM026 on the 25/10/2012 till today I have not received my result. I have been sending emails to Thema Irma since the 30/01/2013 till today no respond and my account was also billed incorrect because of my PPSM026 instead of registering it free of charge, I was charged for it. I personally went to Unisa Skinner Street Pretoria and was told tha it was going to be resolved but till today no respond at all. I had to pay for my registrations becasue they say my account was still owing. What must I do now?
