After applying to Unisa and getting a student number, I deposited the application fee. It has been a week and a half and I still haven't received confirmation of my payment and when I go onto Unisa's website to track my application it says that I'm not found on the system. When ever I try to call the Durban branch the line is always busy, when I try to call the main office (JHB) there is never an answer. I emailed Unisa a few times but still did not receive any feedback. I am starting to think that Unisa is just trying to make money and not bother about providing their service
