I registered with Buffalo City FET College on 7th January 2013 for N3 Electrical Engineering part time and I was informed to deposit R750.00 at ABSA, which I did. I was informed part time for N3 Electrical Engineering was available. On the 14th January I went to attend my first class and when I arrived I was informed that part time for N3 Electrical Engineering was not available. I enquired about what would then happen to my tuition and I was told to complete a refund form, which I did. I was then told that I would be refunded my tuition within 7 days. After the 7 days, there was no refund. I went back to them to enquire and I was told that the Colleges system had been changed and that I should return some time later. When I went back again I was told that my tuition was with Mr. Fani, the college's manager. I asked to meet with Mr. Fani and I was told that Mr. Fani refuses to consult with students.
I really need assistance so that I can recover back my tuition because I am in need of that money. Please help me. I look forward to your response.
