UNISA breaking own rules AGAIN and Legislation!

UNISA online depart took a MONTH to just forward assignment 1, PSC3701 submitted online on 3 April (due date 4 April) but sent to lecturer via email only on 2 May&only after I made multiple inquiries about what is happening, not accepting "excuses"&vague responses from assignment dept who told the lecturer that the assignment was sent to her previously-but lecturer confirmed that's untrue! Why should I as a student spend so much time and resources to try and figure out what is going on- UNISA's administrative systems is not suppose to be of my concern! What is more disturbing is that it might still not have been forwarded if I did not make the multiple calls! I would have received 'zero' for an assignment which I in fact did submit before the due date. Also, I've started with exams yesterday and according to tertiary education legislation students may not be granted permission to write exams if they didn't submit all assignments - so the lack of accountability and doing their job has serious repercussions! Multiple e-mails to Prof Maluleki's email inbox is full-email bounces back&email to Registrar Prof Mosimege remains unanswered: UNISA=NIGHTMARE!
