Awaiting Transcript!

Sent an email on the 6/3/2013 to UNISA for a academic Transcript for my studies since 2009. Today is the 15/4/2013. More than a month has passed and i havent received any feedback from anyone.
Nobody answers the landlines. Nobody gives any further details. Nobody can shed light on the situation. And now Im beginning to wonder if anyone at UNISA understands that a distance learning institution needs to have effective communication with students and support for queries by email, telephone, online etc.
Taking more than a month to respond to a students request/enquiry... IS NOT EFFECTIVE!!!
