I had my child go for extra lessons at Kip McGrath last year and signed a SIX MONTH contract which was to be renewed at my discretion after the six months. I had asked for a report as the school had requested the report. Rheola agreed that she would write a report. I have been emailing and phoning and eventually reported this to head office. And she told them I had agreed to sending my child back and because he did not return, she feels she doesn't need to write a report. This is a complete as my child is at a School in the North. and this school provides extra lessons. which Rheola is aware of. I think this is the worst service I have ever had. So many and deceit and whats worse is Head office says its very generous.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE
