Curriculum: Missing in Action

We're first time clients of Brainline and we're not impressed. We ordered and paid for the Brainline Curriculum (dvd) on 21 November 2012. The Cape Town office sent an email informing us that the curriculum would be delivered before or on 14 December 2012 at the latest. This was not the case. I've contacted the Johannesburg offices, looking for answers. Today is 15 January 2013 and we still haven't received anything. No effort to inform us that the dvd would be late was sent. Not even an sms...

Last week Tuesday we were told that the dvd would be sent on Monday 14 Jan. 2014. I just phoned and they still haven't sent it. The people we spoke to weren't very helpful and seemed almost irritated with us for contacting them and questioning the situation. I feel that Brainline's customer service is really bad and that they are placing parents as well as tutors in a very difficult position. We've got planning and preparation to do - don't they know that? How do you educate a learner if you're not prepared in the subject matter??? It's a month later!
This isn't a very good way to start a bussiness relationship! I'm NOT impressed at all :(
