( A certain lady assisted me - I will refrain from giving out names) She helped me last year with my registration for my Honours degree - I have since graduated and had it not been for her efficient and friendly service I would probably still be struggling! This year - after being shown away by normal registration staff - I once again reverted to asking her for assistance and she assisted me immediately without any hesitation! We definitely need more people like her in the world!
