No Service from Damelin

I'm extremely irate..What kind of serve are we being offered. 3 calls to their call center and still I haven't been assisted. Each time when one call in, they ask for your details then put you on hold up until the call ends. I'm not happy at all with this service. Am i not a Paying student. Your website is also as useless as the service. My student number, "which you provided" is 6 digits long. When i want to log a service request, it says that its invalid. What kind of bull is this? Call me NOW
