I called to request the pricing of SAAHSP National external Examination and registration fee, as I need to find out how much money I will be spending to sponsor an individual to complete a course. I spoke to either Rebecca or Joelette (the Receptionist could not tell me who answered the call). She (either Rebecca or Joelette) was out-right rude and refused to provide me with the information. I am in teh services industry myself and have run a successful business for the past 8 years, service & attitude is everything.
Come on - you are there to provide a service, do your job!
