No reply to multiple emails sent

I wanted a subject remarked that I failed, worst than the first time I failed it. I spent a lot more time and effort this time and got about 10% less. I cannot see how this is possible and requested a remark from Unisa... no reply. FAC160

I also asked why I didn't get a credit for my study unit STA1610, I did it a few years ago and it was STA105M. As usual no response.

I need answers to these questions to register for this semester.
