UNISA is an institution built on administration yet I cannot get hold of anyone. I registered with UNISA in Jan and all I am looking for is my registration pack. My tutorial letters refer to a registration pack that I have not received. There is a tracking number on the website yet the post office says the tracking number is incorrect. My emails are not responded to. If I fail to hand in something on time I am penalised yet my studies are being hampered with me not having the information I need. Please could someone help me track down my registration pack. I would so appreciate any contact and help.
