I registered for 2 additional subjects with unisa, after 3 weeks of no response from the section, i sent an email, instead of the department repsonding as to whether the registration was successful or not, they gave me a student advisor number to call, i called them, only to find that somehow, my registration was changed into another subject i never asked for, and the lady i spoke to couldnt tell me how that happened. i need to know why my registration was changed without communication with me, if i wasnt successful i should have been told, and left to decide if i want to add that subject, not for someone to just choose for me what i should or should not do.
