Honors Registration Delay

Hi,

I paid for my registration on the 5th March 2013. The "Track my Registration" page still says incomplete. I have received no feedback what so ever with regards to the acceptance of my fees, my registration status, or whether the subjects I registered for have already started. There is feedback all over the web from students claiming that various subjects they are awaiting registration for have already started??? How is this possible? Has my money disappeared down a black hole, only for me to fail my subject before I am even registered? There is no response via numerous emails and the phone number given for honors queries is permanently engaged!

Please assist urgently.
