It has come to my attention that Boston City Campus in Bedfordview has NO systems in place, or the staff is completely incompetent!!!
Last night, for the THIRD time, my Statistics Lecture was cancelled... And once again I was not informed... Not that they should inform me - they know I live just around the corner... In Krugersdorp - around 80kms away (Sarcasm, as some people seem to be very slow)!!!
The irony is I got a cancelation for CLA1501 (keeping in mind I did CLA1501 4, YES FOUR, semesters ago) last night... Maybe the Bedfordview branch is running 2 years behind??? When I phoned them I was on the completely wrong lists?!!!
I DEMAND that I be refunded for the 3 lectures I have not had! I am not paying Boston City Campus to hire lecturers with a complete lack of integrity, or for them to waste my time, money, and petrol! In fact, it is plain and to advertise services they can obviously not deliver!
I have been very amicable in regards to this, but enough is ENOUGH!
I will NOT tolerate these PATHETIC levels of service any longer!!! If Boston cannot provide the services, for which they quickly take the money for, they should not be in business in the first pla
