I believe a compliment is due for the absolute great service received from Boston City Campus in Bedfordview.
The beginning of the semester I laid a serious complaint, as I was not having any joy with an absent lecturer, but it was sorted out quickly, and Evy really bent over backwards to assist in any way possible.
I admit - I am not the easiest of people, as my time is very limited, and I always need things done immediately.
This semester started off with a lot of unhappiness, and a few tantrums, but I can honestly say that it is all forgotten due to the immense service received afterwards.
These guys have really been effective and immensely helpful - I can't even describe the appreciation I have for what they did for me.
To the Boston team, and Evy (who heads the Unisa Department) especially - I thank you with an immense sense of satisfaction and gratitude. I know this semester has been a bit tough, but you guys really came to the party in all aspects and in a greater way than expected.
I apologise if I made you guys sweat and run a bit, but as you know - time for me is a very hectic thing.
Once again - thank you for the efficiency, the assistance, and great service.
