My name is Theron. I was an account holder for my Younger Brother in 2011 and I have settled the account way too long ago. I am very disappointed to learn that he is still receiving sms saying he owes Intec some money. I just spoke to one agent in the morning and I am really not impressed with her attitude. I cannot be asked to send proof of payment again as I am not sure where I put it. All this time when I have been communicating with the agents they told me that they have to allocate the amount to the account, and bluh bluh bluh! Can somebody Senior handle this matter, I am losing patience now. Please?
