DISSATISFIED WITH RESPONSE

Contact that I made with ICB was for the exams timetable I then discovered they do not correspond with Intec study materials. I then contact Intec and they responded that I must call ICB again and inform them that my diploma was from OLD SYLLABUS of which I did, and ICB responded that they don't examine it. I call Intec gain informing them the response of ICB always, each time I spoke to different consultant who never help and to me they sound clueless. As the result I extracted payments as services were not rendered to my satisfaction.
My concerned are as follows:
1. With regards to sms that you (intec) state that ICB sent to me, I don't remember receiving the neither sms nor ICB made a follow up on me to ensure that I received the sms and changes are done.
2. I failed to understand Intec as college that I have registered with, make it a student responsibility to run around find out which subjects ICB they examine or will be phased out.
What role did Intec play in this case before a student commenced studying with them?
3. What happens now or way forward to resolve the erroneous?
